What to expect with a Connor Group internship

How long do internships last?

Internships last nine weeks and run from June until August

Where can I intern?

All internships are remote after in-person onboarding at one of our local offices.
Some locations encourage a hybrid approach for regular team engagement and mentoring. Check with your recruiter regarding your location.

Who will I report to?

Serving on one or more high-performing teams, you’ll report directly to managers/engagement leaders.

Who will I work with?

Engagement team(s)
Supervisors on one or more engagements
Mentor: a partner or director-level person who will help you grow
Peer buddy: a recent intern or junior associate who can help you navigate

What will I do as an intern?

Perform billable client work on one of six solution areas:

How will an internship help develop my career?

Most accounting interns work in audit, tax, or advisory. The latter supports work on multiple clients doing multiple things and provides faster intern growth.
