We are excited to announce that Oracle NetSuite has named Connor Group a Winter 2023 Alliance Partner Spotlight Award Winner, Energy/Solar, for its work with Arcadia Power.
This award recognizes Connor Group as a leading partner and our achievements for outstanding work, demonstrated commitment, and success in implementing NetSuite. NetSuite also states that the award recognizes the development of outstanding expertise, customizations, and intellectual property in specific micro verticals.
Arcadia Power selected NetSuite and began working with Connor Group to implement its new ERP platform. During phase one, the company implemented general ledger, OneWorld, multi-book, accounts payable, fixed assets, accounts receivable, and revenue management. Phase two is live and includes Zone and advanced revenue management (ARM).
For Arcadia Power, Connor Group provided custom scripts that support milestone billing for the Community Solar Revenue Stream, over 100 custom fields across Zone records to pull key attributes through the Zone/ARM process, and a workflow solution to auto-send invoices to multiple emails.
With NetSuite, Arcadia has a single source for executing transactions and reporting. The company is operating with more controls in place and more automation around opportunity-to-cash processes. Up next, Arcadia plans to implement dunning and expand sales taxes to support its growing base of non-exempt customers and implement finance charges on delayed invoice payments.
